Office Printer Broke

My office printer broke again. This is the third time in the last four weeks. The Canon guy keeps coming over to fix it, but I keep getting a paper jam.

How am I supposed to write divinely inspired letters when the printer doesn’t work?

It’s ridiculous.

St. Paul had it so easy. He didn’t have to deal with broken printers or Microsoft Word telling him to rewrite his fragments.

Remember when Jesus rubbed mud in that blind guy's eyes and made him see?

Maybe you could call upon these divine powers to fix your printer.

Lucifer has clearly posessed your printer, you must perform an exorcism at once!

You need to have scribes on call 24 hours a day.

You would think with all the money the church has, you could just buy a new printer. Get a Hewlett-Packard next time. It won't break.

Do *not*, under any circumstances, get a Dell printer. When mine broke a few weeks after receiving it, I called Dell Customer Non-Support. After being on hold for more than 30 minutes, they had me read the barcode number on the printer...then they told me that, based on that number, my printer was actually a laptop and made me feel very stupid as I tried to explain them that it was very much a printer.

I think Dell's customer support is located in Hell.

Your Holiness,

Remember Job? The Big Guy upstairs is just testing you.

Just smile and say, "Thank you Jesus."

Then go and buy a new printer.

Maybe you should start carving your inspirational letters into a stone tablet. This way it'll never fail you like your printer has. Of course, you may need to hire someone to carry the things around because I'd imagine they get pretty heavy.

Stick to tablets of stone like Moses, no moving parts.

Your Holiness

Go ahead and write your letter on the Holy computer. Then, just take a picture of the monitor and get it developed at CVS (Christian Viewing Station).

I really thank you for your help.
I will take your advice into consideration.
Do not forget to go to Mass this Sunday, you know, Sunday is a day for the Lord. It is a time to be refreshed, a time to relax and be with your family. It is a time to visit the sick. It is a time to reflect. It is also a time to receive the Body & Blood of Christ so that you can move on in your spiritual journey.

If you have any question, E-mail me at: benedictxvi@vatican.va

God bless you

I think you should get one of those really cool ink well pens with a feather just in case. Unless of course, you are beginning to experience artrithis.

Time to get a cardinal in to take some dictation. Have him deal with the printer. After all, aren't they there to be at your beck and call?

Long time, no post Your Holiness. Has your PC gone down in sympathy with the printer or are you on a Papal blog break? There is a run of comments within my blogroll re people losing their job for blogging about it. You havent been sacked have you?

perhaps u hv a prayer for ur printer to get well hehe

if it's faulty with the same problem several times within a short duration (say 1 month) u can complain to Canon's quality control/customer service dept & hope they'll give u more discounts/even waive repair/exchange charges if the hardware's really faulty
